Ruth is a registered nurse and certified professional coach who is focused on helping you better understand your health picture, explore your health goals, and find ways to help you feel better.  Ruth also has a masters degree in Asian medicine and can utilize acupuncture, herbs and nutrition therapy to provide you with quality, well-researched care that can stand alone or be used as a complement to other care you are receiving.
